You can get to Ostend from Kortrijk, Brussels, and Antwerp. Also, it is possible to get Ostend from Paris but using connected trains via Brussels (Paris-Brussel by using Thalys and Brussel-Ostend by using IC Train).

There are two motorways which you can use to reach Ostend: E40 and E17 Motorways.
If you want to get Ostend from Antwerpen, use E17 motorways and then E40 to Ostend.
